As the cold snap begins to take hold here in England and many other places around the world, it's time to start thinking about winter ready footwear. With this in mind we've added some new autumn/winter colourways to our Sneaker Collection. The aim is to compliment the colour pallete and landscape during these seasons. For the first time all three current sneaker styles - Abington, Overstone and Upton are now available in suede. Now we know what you're thinking, suede's not good in the upcoming gloomier conditions but we disagree and for these reasons.
We've used English tanned calf suede from Charles F Stead based in Leeds, England. Stead suede is highly respected, highly durable and used by the top shoe manufacturers from Northampton and across Europe, USA and Japan. They've been in business since the 1890's so their product has truly stood the test of time. In addition we've also utilised our durable Crown Northampton exclusive TPR soles in black and gum so any winter mud and stains will be slightly more camoflauged. However if a white sole's the only thing that does it for you then we've added some of the best sneaker cleaning and weather proofing product around to our website so rest easy, we've got you covered.
